COPE National Rehabilitation Center and the COPE Visitor Center are on Khou Vieng Road only 600 meters south from the Morning Market and opposite the Green Park Hotel. All the taxi and tuk-tuk drivers know where we are. You may need to write the letters COPE on a sheet of paper to show the driver, remember every language but Lao is a second language.
